At RUH TEX, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium-quality fabrics and providing excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received an incorrect quantity or colour due to our error.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all original labels and tags.
  • Be returned in the same condition as received.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, dyed, or altered.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Send clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization before sending the product.
  4. Ship the approved return to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, including a wrong item, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, RUH TEX will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns requested for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or production has begun for customized items, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

10. Inspection & Quality Assurance

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings and are not considered manufacturing defects.
